I got back my doors from sand blasting company. The doors are in horrible condition because Liverpool weather was rude to my doors.

Luckily, the body does not gave such a big surprise!

Still figuring out how to solve this. On the weekend will check my spare doors. I would not be surprised if they would be in same condition.

It looks like that the inner door panels did not got any rust treatment in factory. Surprisingly, there are areas where paint is fully missing, or present in a really thin layer.

Based on this discovery, I do not expect a miracle with the spare doors. Hold thumbs! We’ll see it soon.

Checked the spare doors. Due to the lack of rust treatment in factory, my spare doors are in the same condition as the ones I started to restore.

So, the restoration will go on as planned from beginning. Probably will take huge amount of time to finish, but the result will pay it off.
