The frame was assembled using over fifty hand made pieces. The process took 23 working days and nearly 200 work hours.
Measured the exact location of all parts, holes, connections. Drilled out hundreds of spot welds, carefully disassembled all parts avoiding any further damage. When that was done, I used 2mm sheet metal and 40×60 mm thick wall (6mms) square tube to rebuild the frames.
